Description

HW-18 EOD robot is special equipment for explosive ordnance disposal personnel disposing of and destroying suspicious explosive, which avoids unnecessary casualties. This robot can be used for explosive handling in conditions of complex topography.

Features

• All terrain and all-weather adaptability, reliability, stability.

• Medium robot with dual-use moving system can move by all-wheel drive or all-track drive. Its average size can pass through the door 700mm in width.

• Grasping capability is up to 30KG. This robot can grasp and transfer various forms of explosive.

• Great over-obstacle capacity. It can go upstairs and downstairs, span obstacles of vertical height 280mm.

• Strong drag capability. It can drag off-road vehicle or commercial vehicle weighing 3 tons.

• Load capacity is up to 160KG.

• EOD robot body is equipped with five infrared cameras:

• ①Forward camera is installed on the front of robot body for monitoring moving state;

  ②Cradle head various-zoom camera can rotate;

  ③Backward camera is installed on the back of robot body for monitoring astern state;

  ④Gripper camera is for monitoring gripper actions and clamped objects
