1.1Product Description
The EOD Telescopic Manipulator is mainly used in anti-terrorist
EOD, which is used to remove explosive bags or suspected dangerous
goods. The product can be used at a distance of 4.5 meters away
from the explosive.Operators can easily grab and transfer dangerous
and suspicious objects through video system.
The use of this product can reduce or eliminate the threat of
explosive and other dangerous goods to staff.It can also be used in
chemical industry, nuclear facilities and other fields, used in
dispose of hazardous substances such as chemicals that cannot be
directly touched by human body, so as to reduce unnecessary injury
to personnel.
In order to better protect operators, operators should wear EOD or
biochemical suits when performing high-risk tasks (EOD,
biochemical).

Operation and Use
In order to better protect operators, operators should wear correct
EOD or biochemical suits when performing high-risk tasks (EOD,
biochemical).The rotation and opening and closing of the EOD
Telescopic Manipulator are realized by the switch located in the
control box, and the working condition of the mechanical claw is
monitored by the display screen.
1.Preparation: After the equipment is assembled and confirmed to be correct, the
operator shall protect the equipment and push the equipment close
to dangerous and suspicious objects at the rear of the equipment.
2.Grasp: Monitor the mechanical claw through the display screen, control
the switch to adjust the Angle of the mechanical claw to open the
mechanical claw from above to grasp dangerous and suspicious
objects.
3.Transfer: after making sure to grasp the dangerous and suspicious objects,
gently lift the mechanical claws and transfer the dangerous and
suspicious objects to the open area or put them into a safe
container (such as the explosive tank) according to the previously
planned route.Please handle with care.
4.Evacuation: after transferring dangerous and suspicious objects, evacuate to a
safe distance quickly.To further dispose of dangerous and
suspicious items.
Maintaining
1.Equipment packing
●After each use of the equipment, clean the water stains and dust
on the surface of each part, cover the waterproof cap of each part,
put it into the corresponding groove in the equipment box, cover
the box and store it in a dry and light-proof environment.
2.Battery maintenance
●Use the original charger of the device for charging, the charging
time is generally 5-8 hours.When charging, the indicator light on
the charger is red, and when the indicator light changes to green,
the charging is completed.
●After each use of the device, if the battery power display is
lower than 12v, it needs to be charged.
●If you have not used the equipment for a long time, you need to
charge the battery regularly, once every 3 months.
Matters Need Attention
●Do not rain for a long time.
●It is forbidden to block the motor for a long time.
●Do not install and disassemble by force.
●Do not approach the source of fire.
●Try not to open (close) the manipulator while rotating the
manipulator.
