Cooling Suit
System Introduction
1.Cooling suit is used to provide a safe and cool environment for
the explosive disposal personnel, so that the explosive disposal
personnel can conduct the explosive disposal work efficiently and
intensively.
2.Cooling suits use ice water to transfer body heat, which is
especially suitable for working in tough or hot conditions.
3.The system is equipped with 12.1v 2600mA battery to ensure that
the system will work for no less than 2 hours at full power.The
built-in protection function of the battery is usually ON under
normal conditions. If the battery is closed due to some other
reasons, just take out the battery and press ON.
4.The inner lining of the system Fanny pack is insulated to ensure
that the temperature of the circulating water in the system will
not shorten the duration due to environmental impact.
5.After overpressure, rupture, trajectory, body influence, heat and
fireproofing effect test, it is proved that the water cooling suit
is suitable for use in eod suit, and can also be used in chemical
protective suit and other applications that need to transfer body
heat.(with separate power supply)

Using Step
1.Open the control system's Fanny pack, take out the water bag,
open the water bag seal clamp and put it into the ice box.(water is
below the highest mark)
2.Inject normal temperature water into the water bag. The amount of
water is lower than the highest scale and higher than the lowest
scale.(water level above ice box is most suitable)
3. Seal the water bag and put it back into the Fanny pack.
4. Connect the water pipe of clothes with the control system
5. Open the side package of the control system and switch on the
power.
6.Turn on the system switch and the water cooling system works
normally.
Pay Special Attention
The water pipe of the control system and the water pipe of the
cooling suit is connected by plugging and unplugging the joint. In
the process of use, please pay attention to pressing down the patch
on the side of the joint to make the bump pin of the joint spring
up and then connect the joint!
Please do not power off for a long time and charge the battery on
schedule!
